Wynnum has been named one of the top performers in Queensland for capital growth and strong rental yields in a report by onthehouse.com.au*.
Capital growth in Wynnum was reported at 3.13% over the past 12 months and is predicted to increase to 7.56% per annum over the next five years.
Rental vacancy rates are low as well at 1.25% compared to the average Queensland rate of 3.2%, and compare favourably to vacancy rates in other Brisbane suburbs such as Hamilton, Kelvin Grove, Teneriffe, Albion and the CBD, where vacancy rates vary from 3.9% – 7.0% (SQM Research).
