Wynnum introduces new law banning petrol engined cars
A new law introduced today will see all petrol engined cars banned from the streets of Wynnum.
A spokesperson for the newly formed Republic of Wynnum announced the introduction of the new law this morning.
The spokesperson said “If you want to drive your old petrol clunkers, you’ll have to go to Brisbane. We’ll also shortly introduce a new law removing all public car parking spaces in the centre of Wynnum. This will remove all parking problems in Wynnum”.
The spokesperson, who wished to remain anonymous, explained that the new Republic would be introducing new laws on an annual basis, on the same day every year.
