Wynnum Central rejuvenation features on Channel Nine News

Last night Channel Nine News ran a story on suburban shopping strips looking for renewal, featuring Wynnum Central as an example of a shopping precinct going through the process and contrasting it with other centres around South East Queensland having a tough time.

With the opening of the new library and the Woolworths supermarket, the renewal of the Wynnum Shopping Centre (where IGA is), plus the The Palais development getting closer to completion, everything seems to be coming together for Wynnum. Now we just need all the shops to stay open after midday on Saturdays!
