Real estate agency marks four years in Wynnum

Back in August 2016 Ian and Gail Gobey opened Sash & Gable real estate in Edith Street in Wynnum Central (and WynnumCentral was there to greet them and we can’t believe it’s been four years already!).

Since that time they have grown the business, having helped more than 350 people get into and out of property and now managing a growing portfolio of investment properties for their owners, and at the same time having helped over 500 tenants move into great rental homes.

Sash & Gable also partner with a wide range of local suppliers, from photographers to painters, plumbers to property stylists and lots of others in-between.

Along the way the agency has also garnered a range of awards, including the Rate My Agent Agency of the Year (Wynnum) award won by Gail three years running 2018-2020.

Gail explains the secret of their success…
