New co-working office space concept proposed for Wynnum
There’s probably an element of the ‘grass is greener’ syndrome, but many people who work in a regular job in an office dream of the day they can work from home, but conversely many people who do work from home often dream of being back in an office. Both work modes have their pros and cons, and maybe the best option is somewhere between the two.
This is what Wynnum resident and businesswoman Celia Newlands is planning on launching in Wynnum – an office complex specifically for smaller, often home based businesses for times when the business owner needs a meeting space, or somewhere to work away from the home environment, or maybe even somewhere to ‘co-work’, that is work in the same space with and share with other business operators.
Celia is currently looking for suitable premises in Wynnum and has a number of independent businesses interested in using the new facility when it gets up and running. General business services such as business address and telephone answering and secretarial and administration services will be available, as well as wi-fi internet connection and printing and meeting facilities.
