Jimmy hands over to Jenny
Long time barber shop Jimmy’s in Edith Street has been taken over by new owner Jenny Wilson as Jimmy takes well deserved retirement.
Jenny has given the barber shop a bit of a makeover (as you can see) and has introduced a couple of ‘extras’ to the service – we understand that as well as a cup of coffee, the occasional bottle of beer may be offered to customers! The new barbers is called Cut ‘N’ Edge Barber Shop.
High Point Development opens showroom in Wynnum Central
You may have seen the corner shop at the junction of Edith and Bay has turned into a smart showroom for the High Point apartment development in Chestnut Street. The development by the sponsors of the Wynnum Seafood Festival the Niclin Group, is due to complete in June this year with large two bedroom apartments from $465,000.
