Building sites of Wynnum

As you’ve probably noticed by now, there’s a bit of a building boom going on in Wynnum. The crane pictured above has just gone up on the old school site and there’s plenty of activity on the site where The Palais development will go up on Bay Terrace. There are at least another eight building projects that are likely to start construction over the next twelve months, bringing a sizeable number of new residents into Wynnum and helping to activate the retail centre.
