Citizens Benefits

Are you a citizen of the (relatively) new Republic of Wynnum? If so, you are in good company, with over 400 people having taken out citizenship since the declaration of independence last November, including some local Australian politicians!

The Republic is planning to announce some major ‘citizens benefits’ soon, but in the meantime a number of enterprising Passport Offices (aka local retailers) have special deals for citizens – among these are Ycel Ice Cream Galore outside the IGA shopping centre, Top Katz hairdressing in Florence Street, Dolls and Doilies in Bay Terrace and Wynnum Manly Loan Office in Edith Street.

The message from the Republic is – make sure you carry your passport with you, as you never know what special deals may be on the table for citizens at the 20+ Passport Offices in Wynnum.
