Welcome to the new Classified Ads section on WynnumCentral. It’s been designed to be super easy to use – just like the classified section in a newspaper.

The only difference is that if you want to contact the advertiser all you have to do is click (or tap) on the ad and you can call them directly from your device (in some cases advertisers may have opted to take you to their website if you click or tap instead of calling them).

To navigate between the different sections, just click on the category you’re looking for in the main menu – you can find it on this page (and on all classified pages) under ‘What are you looking for?’ on the left (or below if you’re reading this on a device). And if you want to book an ad, scroll to the very bottom of this page.

For Advertisers

Information For Advertisers

All classified ads are set up so that they can be tapped or clicked to call the advertiser from a mobile phone or computer. Alternatively ads can instead be set up to link directly to the advertiser’s website or a specific page on that site.

Set up your classified ad by clicking the desired size in the ‘Ad Sizes’ section below. You can also check how the ‘tap-to-call’ and ‘clickthrough’ functions work in the test section at the bottom of this page.

Once your ad is booked and paid online, please submit your ad graphic in the relevant pixel size (width x height) in .PNG or .JPG format to [email protected]. Ads may be booked for 1 month, 3 months or on an ongoing basis.

Ad Placement
In each individual category, ads are placed in the following order, from top to bottom…

  • Largest ads
  • Ongoing ads
  • 3 month booked ads
  • Wynnum Business Member ads
  • Longest running ads
  • Earliest booked ads

Other Features

  • One free ad graphic design for all ads 500×225 or larger and for all 3 month bookings and ongoing bookings
  • Ads 500×150 or larger, all 3 month bookings and ongoing bookings – up to two category placements
  • Unlimited ad changes permitted (where ad graphic supplied by advertiser) during initial promotion period

WynnumCentral reserves the right to refuse to run an ad for any reason.
